Wisconsin is facing elevated wild fire conditions?

This sort of press release from the office of the Governor of Wisconsin is nothing short of laughable.

We have been under flood warnings for the past 4-5 days and are currently under a Winter Storm Warning.  Wildfires?  I think not here in our area.
