Wisconsin senate supermajority win gives Republicans impeachment power

Republicans control 22 of 33 senate seats, giving them necessary votes to impeach officials including Democratic governor

It will be interesting to see how this all plays out.  Is it all for political show, or is any critical-thinking politician in the Wisconsin State Legislature willing to move forward on the presented ideas?

There are still open allegations against newly elected Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Janet Protasiewicz.  Allegations were buried, ignored, and pooh-poohed by Wisconsin institutional media.  Those allegations need to be answered fully by all parties in the coming weeks.  That is excellent if the allegations are addressed and some resolution is found.  Suppose the allegations are not addressed and swept under the rug. In that case, it’s another set of issues of why there is no confidence in the statewide institutional media and our local and state governments.
