10-storey building in 48 hours.

Now if there were only builders or developers here in the U.S. that were this forward thinking.

Building by the numbers -

On November 29, construction of building started at 4:30pm
On December 1, the building completely assembled at 4:30 pm
Time taken to re-assemble building: 48 hours
Time taken to construct the material: two months
Time taken by foundation of concrete: 4 months
Steel used: 200 tonnes
Area: 25,000 square feet
Cost of putting up the structure: 1,500 to 2,000 per sq ft but the actual cost of the construction would depend on furnishing
