Government Solutions?

It continues to amaze me at just how uninformed and naive the American Public appears to be regarding the purported Health Care Reform bill that the Senate recently passed. Our elected representatives in Congress have turned a deaf ear to the will of those who elected them, opting rather for sweetheart deals and bribes for votes.

“This Congress will be remembered for its arrogance, corruption and stupidity” – Senator Tom Coburn. And the American People for the most part continue to wander around in a fog regarding the actions taken by their elected officials in Washington.

Thankfully those in the Blogosphere have continued to shine the floodlights of exposure on the lies, deceit, bribes, in addition to as Sen. Coburn says, the arrogance, corruption and stupidity of President Obama and the Democratic Congress.

He must be lying as I can see his lips moving. It certainly appears to me that President Obama is simply reading words, and giving no thought to what he’s reading and how it is being received by those listening to him. Obama’s disingenuous nature, and lack of integrity are in on full display in this press conference statement. The fully telling statement President Obama Makes is, “…Washington has become more concerned about the next election than the next generation.” This is the Hope and Change that Obama campaigned on.

President Obama and the Democrats and their supporters are fully looking after only themselves and not the good of the country. Obama and the Congress continue to willfully ignore the will of the people who elected them, and the Democrat supporters are willing accomplices in their actions. These are very accurate words spoken by Obama, “…Washington has become more concerned about the next election than the next generation.”

No increase in the Federal Deficit? WTF?

President Obama is either, disingenuous, delusional, incompetent, inept, or all of the above. The President has already tripled the Federal Deficit by $1.4 trillion for the 2009 fiscal year, which recently ended. How and why do we believe someone who has already done this, and then says this travesty of a supposed Health Care Bill, is not going to increase the Federal Deficit? Would we expect anything from President Obama who was elected with, No Experience, No Integrity and No Judgement?

So President Obama is off to Copenhagen, at tax payer expense, to lobby for Chicago’s bid for the Olympics in 2016. Will someone please remind the President that he’s the President of the United States and not the Mayor of Chicago. Apparently this is of such importance for the President, that, the Economy, our ever expanding National Debt, our lack of energy independence, illegal immigrants are all pushed to the back burner for this Crisis of National importance.

Instances like this continue to shine the spotlight on just how inept the Obama Administration is, in finding focus for the United States.
